Buried North of the church near the boundary in CROSBY RAVENSWORTH (ST. LAWRENCE) CHURCHYARD, Westmorland. (CWWG Commission wrongly identifies Thomas as IE Ostle and this is due to be corrected by them.) Thomas Ostle is also commemorated on the Crosby Ravensworth Memorial Tablet on the village hall.
